I made your Cucumber, Tomato & Onion salad today. I substituted 2 Tblsp. Ken’s Steak House Zesty Italian Dressing for the 2 Tblsp. of vegetable oil. It gave the salad an amazing flavor. It was excellent and my hubby adored it.
