Easter is just a few days away, but for those of you who – just like me – haven’t planned your menu completely, I’ve got an AMAZING collection of dessert recipes that are worthy of any holiday table!  For my family, coconut cake has always been a part of our Easter celebration, so I’ve included my super easy and amazingly delicious Coconut Sheet Cake.  From coconut to pineapple, from strawberry to peach, I think we’re covered all those delicious spring flavors with this one!  And did I mention Key Lime Pie?  Yeah, I’ve got that too!  And to add even more deliciousness, I’ve included a few recipes from my blogging buddies.  Let’s get started…

    Your recipe that you have displayed says “Pineapple Sheet Cake”. It should read “Pineapple Juice Cake” as you have advertised in previous sources and social media. It’s shown as a Bundt Cake and not as a sheet cake.
