These red velvet brownies are just about as good as they are easy.  And for an over-the-top treat, just add some cream cheese icing to the top.

Ingredients

  • 1 box red velvet cake mix (18.25 oz)
  • 12 oz bag white chocolate chips
  • small box vanilla instant pudding (3.9 oz)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a large bowl and stir gently to combine.
  2. Spread mixture into a greased 9X13 baking dish. (I also added some whole pecans to the top to make them pretty.)
  3. Bake at 325 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes or until set to your liking.  (We like ours fudgey so we bake them for about 30 minutes.)  Cool completely before cutting and serving.
