Ingredients
- 1 (2 lb) bag of frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 1 (10 oz) bag of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (8oz) tub of sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1/3 cup plain bread crumbs
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl and pour into greased 3 quart casserole dish.
3. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs and pour butter over top.
4. Bake for 1 hour 10 minutes.

- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup plain bread crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 3-quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl and pour into the prepared casserole dish.
- Sprinkle top with bread crumbs and pour butter over top.
