Breakfast Pizza is one of my go-to easy morning meals. Using canned pizza dough for the crust makes it simple, and the toppings are easy to customize. Eggs, cheese, and sausage are my favorite, but you can add whatever you like.

Every year when back-to-school season rolls around, I canโt help but think about my senior year of high school. Schoolwork was never the hard part for me. It was the social side that was tricky. I wasnโt the most popular kid, but I had great friends, served as president of a few clubs, and even waved the baton as drum major of the band. By the time senior year came, I decided it was going to be my year, and it really was.
That year holds two gifts Iโll never forget. On graduation day, as I walked toward the stadium, a plane flew overhead with a banner trailing behind it that read, โCongrats, Stacey Little!โ My parents had pulled off the surprise of a lifetime, and Iโll never forget the pride I felt in that moment. And if that wasnโt enough, my mom also handed me a simple three-ring binder filled with daily journal entries she had written throughout my senior year. Every little detailโbig and smallโwas captured in those pages. To this day, it remains one of the most meaningful gifts Iโve ever received.
So when I think about school mornings, I canโt help but remember those days. And thatโs where this Easy Breakfast Pizza comes in handy. Itโs quick, easy, and hearty enough to fuel a busy morning, but just as perfect for a lazy weekend.

Easy Pizza Dough Shortcut
This recipe uses canned refrigerated pizza dough, which makes things super simple. Roll it out, press it into your pan, and youโve got a ready-made crust. It bakes up golden and fluffy without any of the stress of making dough from scratch.

Customizing Your Breakfast Pizza
The beauty of this recipe is how flexible it is. I stick with the basicsโeggs, cheese, and sausageโbut you can really make it your own. Try bacon, ham, or even leftover veggies from the fridge. A sprinkle of salsa or a dash of hot sauce after baking is a quick way to dress it up, too.

Why It Works
The pizza dough gives you a sturdy, chewy base that holds up beautifully under the eggs and toppings. Baking the eggs right on top means everything comes together in one pan, making it easy to slice and serve. And if youโve got leftovers, just warm them up the next day for another quick breakfast.

This Easy Breakfast Pizza is proof that mornings donโt have to be complicated. With a can of pizza dough, a handful of simple ingredients, and a few minutes in the oven, you can have a breakfast that feels special without taking much effort. Just like those senior year memories, itโs something I treasure and love sharing with others.

A great example of how everything happens for a reason. I found your blog for the first time today while looking for back-to-school meal ideas. My oldest starts his senior year tomorrow! I feel like since Pinterest came along after my kids born and were well into their schooling, I missed out on some great ideas over the years. This is the perfect idea! And, I’m starting it tonight with a “night before senior year begins” entry. Thank you!!
That’s awesome, Traci! I’m so glad you found it! Here’s to a great senior year!!

Stacy, thanks so much for your great recipes. Some have too much salt for my husband’s kidney issues, but many of them I can alter accordingly. This one, and your ham and cheese egg cups, look wonderful and will be tried in my kitchen this summer when my summer visitors come. And the account of your Mother’s love is wonderful. Parents who affirm their children that way give a gift that can’t be measured when it come to the success of their kids. Lucky you!
Thanks so much, Phyllis! Hope y’all enjoy!

This looks so good. I think I will make it some night for dinner and use ground chuck instead of the sausage. Both ways should be very good.
