4/18/2013 – Manuscript is TURNED IN!
Yesterday was a HUGE day for me – I turned in the manuscript! I had somewhat of an abbreviated timeline and ended up writing the whole book in about 4 1/2 months. I am so proud of what’s all in there. Currently we’ve got more than 165 recipes that are included, many of them unique to the book. There’s always a chance some will end up “on the cutting room floor” as they say, but regardless, it will be filled with GREAT stuff. I promise. My family even threw me a little surprise “you-turned-in-your-manuscript” party last night. I’m surrounded by such amazing family and friends. I feel like it every day, but today I am especially grateful!
