  1. Do you have a Peach Cobbler recipe where the crust or “dumplings” are “al dente” as in your Chicken and Dumplings? My Grandmother used to make both – she passed away and had always made them from memory. I have made both over the years but the never compared to hers. Your chicken & dumplings sounds like hers snd can’t wait to make it. Hoping you have the cobbler recipe as well. I also am ordering your book.
