This may be too forward. My MIL had a summer pasta salad you couldn’t fail. She cooked a box of elbow cooked and rinsed cold water and drained well. She squeezed as she explained, the juice of almost a whole plastic lemon juice (lol). I use fresh. Covered to get cold. I made night before to soak. Salt pepper diced onion n celery. Mixed in and left. Right before serving she added slices/ bites of cucumber, radishes, diced tomatoes, and black olive slices was my add…and mayo. Too taste. Nothing else. I never liked pasta salad with mustard. Mom never added to potato salad. She never made pasta much . Just her spaghetti sauce lol. Thanks for letting me share!?
