This is the perfect compliment to Paula’s Chicken Cakes. Just be sure to make this well in advance and refrigerate to allow the flavors to meld.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Creole seasoning
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover, and chill.

Ingredients
