This time, I created these decadent Carrot Cake Whoopie Pies with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Filling to celebrate National Carrot Cake Day! They might take a little bit more work than what you’re used to with a Southern Bite recipe, but they are totally worth the little bit of extra effort.
