I’m so honored to be asked back to the Love, Reese blog over on the Draper James website.  This time, I created these decadent Carrot Cake Whoopie Pies with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Filling to celebrate National Carrot Cake Day!  They might take a little bit more work than what you’re used to with a Southern Bite recipe, but they are totally worth the little bit of extra effort.  And even though it’s more effort, they’re still super easy!
