Tangy Grilled Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 1 (1-ounce) packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix (or 3 tablespoons from the bulk bottle)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 lbs pork chops
Instructions
- In a large zipper top bag, combine ranch dressing powder, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Add pork chops.
- Marinate 20 to 30 minutes.
- Grill 6 to 8 minutes on each side until cooked through. The internal temp should reach 145° F.
