Easy Strawberry Vinaigrette

- 3 tablespoons strawberry jam
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients in a blender and pulse until just combined. Blending olive oil too much in the blender can create a bitter flavor. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
