Ingredients

– unsalted butter – sugar – vanilla wafers – eggs – milk – vanilla extract – frozen coconut – pecans

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together. Beat in eggs one at a time. Mix in crushed vanilla wafers and milk.

Stir in coconut, vanilla, and pecans. Spread batter into prepared Bundt pan.

Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean with a few moist crumbs.
