Ingredients

– Beef chuck roast – Au jus mix – Brown gravy mix – French bread sub rolls – Shredded cabbage – Dill pickle chips

Spray a 4 to 6-quart slow cooker with nonstick spray, add the chuck roast, and pour over a mixture of au jus mix, gravy mix, and water.

Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Once tender, shred the meat, discard the fat, and return the meat to the gravy.

Preheat the oven to 400°F, warm the bread, then dress with mayo, mustard, shredded beef, gravy, cabbage, and pickles.
