Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a Bundt or tube pan. Place cinnamon rolls in the pan, removing the icing, and bake for 25-30 minutes until no longer gooey.
Turn the baked cake onto a platter to cool. Mix two icing packets with 2 ounces of softened cream cheese. Once the cake is cool, spread the icing and decorate with alternating sugar colors.
