After draining the noodles, return them to the pot and stir in evaporated milk and cream cheese until melted. Transfer the noodles to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. In the same pan, cook garlic, add pasta sauce, season with salt, and then pour the meat sauce over the noodles.
