Cook bacon until crisp, then remove and crumble it, leaving the grease in the skillet. Preheat oven and prepare baking dish. Season chicken tenders, lightly coat with flour, and brown in bacon drippings.
Place chicken in the baking dish. Cook onions in the skillet until soft and spread over chicken. Combine cream of chicken and mushroom soup with water, pour over chicken.
Bake until chicken is cooked. Top with cheese and bacon, bake until cheese is melted. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
