Ingredients

– All-purpose flour – Powdered sugar –  Unsalted butter – Sugar – Eggs – Cornstarch –  Salt – Vanilla extract – Coconut flakes – Pecans – Maraschino cherries

Combine the butter, flour, and powdered sugar into a mixer and drop the dough by dollops into a baking pan and bake.

In a large bowl, mix the sugar, eggs, cornstarch, salt, vanilla, coconut, pecans, and cherries together.

Pour the filling mixture over the hot shortbread crust and bake until light golden brown.
