I'm not an athletically-inclined person who has been gifted with an athletically-inclined kid. He loves sports, but soccer is his passion. He practices several times a week and has been mentioned to play all-stars this year. To make quick and easy meals, we uses Borden® Cheese, which is crafted with high-quality, wholesome ingredients on family farms across the country. These 5 Ingredient Enchiladas are deee-lish!

Ingredients

- lean ground beef - chunky salsa - red enchilada sauce - Borden® Cheese Thick Cut Shredded Four Cheese Mexican

Brown ground beef, drain excess fat, stir in salsa and heat until heated.

Warm tortillas, add meat mixture, top with cheese, roll and place in dish, pour remaining sauce and cheese.

Wrap dish with foil and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
