Valentine’s Truffles 

What do you need to make Valentine’s Truffles 

– semisweet chocolate chips – sweetened condensed milk – vanilla – coatings - powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and some finely chopped pecans. 

Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla (or another flavoring like raspberry or strawberry). Let the mixture cool to room temperature (about 2 hours), avoiding it getting too hard.

If needed, soften it in the microwave. Roll into 3/4 inch balls and coat with your favorite toppings.
