In a skillet, brown ground beef with pepper and onion over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook briefly. Drain excess grease. Combine meat with pepperoni, olives, and sauce.
Transfer mixture to a dish, top with cheese. Lay crescent roll dough over it, seal seams, and stretch to cover. Brush with butter, sprinkle with Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
