Ingredients

– loaf soft French bread  – unsalted butter –  garlic – dried parsley flakes

Slice a loaf of bread in half and place cut-side up on a baking sheet.

Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat, add garlic, and let steep for 3 minutes.

Stir in salt and parsley, then brush the cut sides of the bread with the garlic butter.

Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes until golden brown.
