Ingredients

– red velvet cake mix – cream cheese frosting –  white almond bark – sprinkles or chopped nuts for decoration

Prepare the cake following the box instructions for the 9x13-inch pan method. Let the cake cool, then crumble it into a large bowl. Add a container of icing, mix thoroughly, and use a 1 tablespoon cookie scoop to form balls. Place the balls on a cookie sheet and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Once chilled, melt almond bark in the microwave with 30-second intervals, stirring between each until melted. Dip and coat the balls quickly using a fork, as they can turn the white bark pink as they warm up. Place on wax paper and decorate with remaining bark, sprinkles, or chopped nuts as desired.
