Season the pork chops with salt and pepper and set aside. Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp. Cook the pork chops in the bacon grease over medium-high heat until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F. Be careful not to overcook, as the carryover heat will continue to cook them.
