– lean ground beef – instant rice – onion – garlic – salt – pepper – tomato paste – V8 vegetable juice
The meatballs are browned in a nonstick pan for 3 to 4 minutes on several sides before being removed. In the same pan, V8 juice and tomato paste are added, brought to a simmer, and seasoned with salt and pepper.
The meatballs are returned to the pan and cooked covered for 15 to 20 minutes until done.
