Easy Chicken with Cream Cheese Pan Sauce is a great way to dress up boring boneless skinless chicken breasts and is easy to make.

Ingredients

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts Olive Oil Cream Cheese Mustard

Trim excess fat and slice chicken breast in half lengthwise, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and cook in a large skillet until cooked through and 165°.

Add butter, chicken broth, cream cheese, and cream cheese to melt and whisk together to combine.

Add mustard, salt and pepper to thicken sauce, return chicken to pan, add broth if needed, and serve immediately.
