Creamy One-Pot Jambalaya Pasta

This dish is a delicious creamy pasta dish with jambalaya flavors, including smoky sausage, peppers, onions, garlic, tomatoes, and a touch of heat. 

Ingredients

– boneless, skinless chicken breast – Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning – smoked sausage – white onion – green and red bell pepper – garlic – chicken broth – petite diced tomatoes – spaghetti – heavy whipping cream – cornstarch

Heat oil in skillet, add chicken, Creole seasoning, sausage, cook until browned, remove meat to bowl, set aside, and set aside.

Cook onions, peppers, garlic, chicken broth, canned tomatoes, and sausage in a pan until soft. Add pasta, chicken, and sausage, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes.

Cook pasta until tender, then add corn starch and heavy cream to the pasta. Simmer until thickened, add Creole seasoning, and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
