In a large bowl, combine broccoli, rice, cream of chicken soup, broccoli cheese soup, cheddar cheese soup, and water/broth. Season with salt and pepper.
Add chicken and mix well, then transfer to a prepared baking dish. In a small bowl, mix butter with cracker crumbs and sprinkle over the casserole.
Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake uncovered for another 30 minutes until rice is tender and chicken is cooked through.
