1(15-ounce) canLibby's® Yellow Cling Peach Slices in Fruit Juice(drained with 2 tablespoons juice reserved)
1/4 cupfirmly packed light brown sugar
1/4 teaspoonground cinnamon
In a small saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar together. Add the 2 tablespoons of reserved Libby's® Peach juice and mix well. Cook over medium low heat until the sugar has dissolved. It may seem like the sauce won't come together, but it will. Just keep stirring.
Remove from the heat and stir in the salt, vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix well to combine. Add Libby's® Peaches and stir gently. Serve warm over ice cream, pound cake, etc.
