Once browned, add the chicken broth, uncooked pasta, pasta sauce, and water. Mix well and ensure the pasta is covered by the liquid. Reduce the heat to medium and cook uncovered for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until most of the liquid has been absorbed and the pasta is tender. Add salt if necessary and top with the cheese to the top and allow it to melt. Serve immediately.
