Simple Ham and Swiss Brunch Bake

  • 1 (8-ounce) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 (8-ounce) package NatureRaised Farms Uncured Ham
  • 1 (7-ounce) package sliced Swiss cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 green onions


  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Unroll the crescent dough in a 9x13 inch baking dish and spread to cover the bottom and about 1 inch up each side. Pinch the seams together to form one solid sheet. Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until dough is just barely set.
  • Remove from the oven and carefully layer the ham over the crust, then top with a layer of cheese. In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs with the salt and pepper. Chop the green parts of the green onions and stir them into the eggs. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the eggs are set.
