- 3 lbs sweet potatoes
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 11/2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup milk
- 11/2 cups brown sugar
- 3/4 cup flour
- 2/3 cup butter
- 11/2 cup chopped pecans
- Peel, chop, and cook sweet potatoes until tender.
- Drain and mash.
- Add butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and milk and blend well.
- Pour into well greased baking dish.
- Mix together topping and place on top.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes.
