Ingredients
- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 cups grated cheese (sharp)
- 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
- ¾ stick melted butter
Directions
- Mix sugar and flour.
- Add pineapple and cheese. Stir to combine.
- Pour into buttered 1 ½ qt. dish.
- Put crushed crackers over mixture and drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

- 6 tablespoons butter, melted

my husband loves this recipe!!! We are from NC but moved to Cali due to the military and i took it into work one day and they had never heard of it out here! They loved it even more!
