- 3 eggs
- 1 cup light Karo syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups nuts, chopped fine to medium
- 2 frozen pie shells (regular…not deep dish)
- In bowl, beat eggs and sugar together.
- Add Karo syrup, melted butter, vanilla, and nuts.
- Pour into pie shells, and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
