Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked macaroni
- 1 small carton cottage cheese 16 oz.
- 1 lb. cut up extra sharp cheese
- 1/2 stick butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups boiling water over the mixture
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a very large bowl, combine all the ingredients including the UNCOOKED macaroni.
- Pour into large greased casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for one hour, stirring a few times as it bakes.
