Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup light Karo syrup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups nuts, chopped fine to medium
  • 2 frozen pie shells (regular…not deep dish)

Directions

  1. In bowl, beat eggs and sugar together.
  2. Add Karo syrup, melted butter, vanilla, and nuts.
  3. Pour into pie shells, and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
