Paula Deen’s Creole Sauce

This is the perfect compliment to Paula’s Chicken Cakes.  Just be sure to make this well in advance and refrigerate to allow the flavors to meld.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Creole seasoning

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover, and chill.
