Sweet and Sour Carrots

Sometimes, after a holiday like Thanksgiving, you just want something easy.  We’ll here it is.  This super quick and super easy side dish is the perfect complement to any meal.

Sweet and Sour Carrots

  • 1 lb carrots
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  1. Peel and slice carrots into ¼ inch rounds.
  2. Combine carrots and honey in saucepan over medium heat. Cook until desired doneness (we like ours still a little crunchy).
  3. Remove from heat, add vinegar, stir to mix.
