Three years ago this week, I launched Southern Bite – and what an amazing 3 years it has been.  I could have never imagined that I would be sitting here blogging about the 10,000+ Facebook fans that have joined us or the tens of thousands of folks that visit the site each week.  To say the least, I am humbled and overwhelmed.  I have been so blessed to have been able to share my food with folks not only across the country, but across the world.  And the best part it, we’re only getting started!  There are BIG THINGS in the works for Southern Bite so I hope you’ll continue to be a part of this big ol’ family we’ve created.
