When it comes to Banana Pudding, the South reigns supreme and though there are TONS of recipes out there, this one is probably one of the most unique. This is a favorite at our house!

Ingredients
- 11 or 12 oz box of Nilla Wafers
- 3 bananas
- 1 large instant vanilla pudding, prepared according to box directions
- small bag of miniature marshmallows (about 10 oz)
- 12 oz Cool Whip
Instructions
- Line the bottom of a large bowl with Nilla Wafers.
- Combine pudding and marshmallows and spread over cookies.
- Slice bananas on top of pudding.
- Top with Cool Whip and chill.

I’m not a huge marshmallow fan, but they really work in this!
